5. Used Tire Sales

Used tires are sold based on available inventory and visible condition at the time of sale.

Used tires are not new tires and may have prior wear, age, cosmetic imperfections, or limited tread life compared to new tires.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, used tire availability, brand, tread depth, and matching sets are not guaranteed.

45-Day Used Tire Warranty

Used tires may include a 45-day used tire warranty when stated at the time of purchase.

The 45-day used tire warranty covers repairable air leaks due to patchable punctures.

The warranty excludes:

  • Road hazard damage

  • Pothole impact

  • Curb damage

  • Sidewall damage

  • Run-flat damage

  • Vandalism

  • Improper use

  • Tire damage caused by vehicle mechanical issues

  • Damage caused by alignment, suspension, brake, or steering issues

  • Damage caused by driving on a flat or severely underinflated tire

  • Damage caused by racing, off-road use, overloading, or misuse

Warranty decisions are made by Tire and Brake Experts of McDonough after inspection.


6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle and service information

  • Ensuring we have safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Being available by phone or text during the service window

  • Removing valuables when appropriate

  • Disclosing known vehicle issues that may affect service

  • Ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location

  • Paying for approved services, parts, tires, fees, and charges

  • Following any post-service safety recommendations

For mobile or roadside service, you are responsible for making sure the vehicle is in a location where service can be performed safely. We may refuse or delay service if the location creates a safety risk.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other written arrangements have been approved in advance.

Returned payments, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, or failed transactions may result in additional fees, collection activity, or refusal of future service.

Tire and Brake Experts of McDonough is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, including but not limited to:

  • Damaged wheels or rims

  • Worn suspension components

  • Alignment issues

  • Brake system defects

  • TPMS sensor issues

  • Lug nut or wheel stud damage caused before service

  • Prior improper installation

  • Rusted, seized, stripped, swollen, or damaged lug nuts

  • Hidden vehicle damage

  • Mechanical issues unrelated to the service performed

We will make reasonable efforts to identify visible concerns and communicate them when noticed, but our service does not replace a full mechanical inspection unless specifically agreed in writing.


10. Roadside and Mobile Service Safety

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or relocate service if conditions are unsafe.
